Purchasing as a gift? Our sustainable gift wrapping service is the way to go.

Simply order as per usual and then add the 'Gift Wrap' item to your cart as well. You should be shown a selection of wrapping options for you to choose. Type your note to be written on the tag in the space provided in the order, or we can leave it blank for you to write on yourself. 

Free shipping on orders over $80 (excluding bulky items).

We are a small family run business. We like to get your order out to you as soon as possible.

  • All orders will be dispatched in 1-2 business days from Newcastle NSW. However, at times, there may be a delay due to an increase in orders. 
  • We use Australia Post for shipping. Once the packages have been sent, please check your tracking details in the email from Australia Post
  • In our continued efforts to minimise waste, your order may arrive to you in a reused box or be filled with reused packaging materials.
  • If you are local to Newcastle NSW, select the ‘local pick up’ option and we will contact you to arrange a time to pick up your order.

Custom handmade items can not be exchanged or refunded with change of mind or wrong sizing.

All other products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product if they are found to be faulty or damaged. A new product may be returned and exchanged for another product, returned for a refund or returned for a credit note.

Gift Wrapping

The gift wrapping itself was lovely thank you. Unfortunately this was a Xmas gift for my grandson and I had it delivered directly to my sons address. It was posted inside the actual packing box showing exactly what the item was. So I was a bit disappointed that they could see what the gift was before opening at Xmas time

Thank you for your review. I am truly sorry for sending the gift wrapped Tony Tot in the original box. This was a complete oversight as it is a perfect fit and we like to reuse packaging when we can. I will take note of this in the future and work on a solution for gift wrapped purchases like this one.

I hope your Grandson was still excited to open it and take it for a spin on Christmas morning.
