Do you have sales?

For the Handmade range, it will be unlikely we will have a sale. The reason for this is that each item is handcrafted by Alex and Moo and this takes time and money. There will be clearance items available on occasions and if you are subscribed to emails, you will be the first to know.


Do you do custom orders?

Short answer: Yes.

Long Answer: Sure do! If you see something you would like to purchase but would like it in a different fabric, just shoot us an email at amanda@alexandmoo.com.au and we will do our best to meet your needs. Please note that extra charges may be applied which will be discussed prior to commencement.


How long will it take to do a custom order?

In the quieter months, it can take around 1-2 weeks. In the busier times, it may take around 3-4 weeks. You will be notified of how long it will take upon placing your order. If you need your item sooner, please email amanda@alexandmoo.com.au and we can discuss. If you require something urgently, you will be charged an additional fee as we will need to use weekends, nights and family time to complete it so that other customers aren’t waiting longer.


Can you make bigger sizes than what is on the website?

Bigger sizes may be available depending on the size you require. Just send an email to amanda@alexandmoo.com.au and we can explore options. There will be extra charges to cover fabric and supply usage.


How long is the turn around on items out of stock?

Usually 1-2 weeks but it is best to contact us if you are in a hurry and we will see what we can do.


I urgently need an item that is out of stock. Can you make it for me?

It is best to contact us if you need something urgently. Chances are, there is a backlog of orders and they will be made in the order they are placed.


If I buy a handmade item that is either custom/pre-order/out of stock along with an item that is in stock, what will happen?

Before you place your order, please be aware that if an item is unavailable for immediate shipment and you have ordered items that are in stock, the items in stock will be put aside and sent when we can fill the whole of the order. If you would like the items in stock sooner, you will need to pay for postage twice or pick up separately.
