Lay-By Terms & Conditions
Alex & Moo now proudly provide Layby as an additional payment solution for our store. Leverage this option to plan for major events and celebrations comfortably.
How to purchase through Layby:
- Please shop as usual.
- Proceed through the checkout, filling in your information and selecting your shipping method.
- When it comes to Payment, chooseĀ Alex and Moo's Lay-by.
- Once you've finished ordering and have your order confirmation number, please email Amanda atĀ amanda@alexandmoo.com.auĀ to have your Layby set up so you can make instalments.
Terms and Conditions:
- Minimum Value:Ā Layby is available on purchases of $150 or more.
- Deposit:Ā Each new Layby requires a minimum 20% deposit.
- Term:Ā Your balance is payable within 4 months from the date of purchase.
- Payment Methods:Ā Payment of Layby will be via bank deposit. Details will be included in the instructions email.
- Cancellation:Ā If you cancel your Layby or fail to make payments when they are due, we will refund you all amounts paid, minus a cancellation fee of $20.
- No Modifications:Ā Layby orders cannot be modified.
- Shipping:Ā Layby orders cannot be part shipped.
- Shipping:Ā The layby must be paid in full, and confirmed by Alex & Moo before goods will be shipped. EmailĀ amanda@alexandmoo.com.auĀ once the full payment has been sent.
- Promotional Layby:Ā During promotional events, these terms and conditions may vary.
