Returns and Exchanges

Damaged or Faulty Items

Custom handmade items can not be exchanged or refunded with change of mind or wrong sizing.

All other products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product if they are found to be faulty or damaged. A new product may be returned and exchanged for another product, returned for a refund or returned for a credit note.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • Your request for a return is made within 30 days of purchasing the product
  • You provide proof of purchase
  • The damage or fault did not occur due to misuse of the product or service in any way that contributed to the problem

Please contact us by email if you have received a damaged or faulty product.

Please make sure you provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photo/s of the damaged or faulty product
  • A description of the damage/fault
  • Your preferred method of return (Refund, exchange or credit note)

Under these circumstances shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.

Change of Mind, Colour or Size

Refunds are not available where you simply change your mind after you have made your order or you discovered you picked the wrong colour or the item does not fit.
