We are a small family run business. We like to get our orders out to you as soon as possible. At times, there may be a delay due to an increase in orders.
Although we like to get our orders out within 2 business days, selecting Express shipping does not guarantee this as orders are fulfilled in the order they are made. If you are in a hurry, please call us on 0422 544 659 and we can assist you further.
The main postage services we use are Auspost & Couriers Please. We prefer non PO Box addresses for larger items.
In our continued efforts to minimise waste, your order may arrive to you in a reused box or be filled with reused packaging materials.
